I am an 85 year old who was referred to Mr Papadopoulos with a prostate problem that required surgery. This took place privately at the Chaucer Hospital, Canterbury on 24th November 2018. From my initial appointment with him it was evident that he was most courteous and caring to my wife and me. He explained the procedure clearly, the risks for someone of my age and the benefits if the procedure was successful. My pre-and post operation experience was comforting and reassuring and the explanation of what to expect when I got home equally reassuring. I have now had my final follow-up appointment with Mr Papadopoulos and my wife and I cannot praise too highly the treatment, advice and reassurance we received.

I have been taken care of by Mr.Georgeous Papadopoulos and the Urology Team at The Kent and Canterbury Hospital... fantastic! Firstly,...Mr. Papadopoulos is such a caring surgeon..kept me fully informed..came to see me before and after my procedure. I have just had my 4 week results appointment..with Mr.Papadopoulos.. all good news..again clearly explained in a very caring manner..he has a great “ bedside manner”..and makes you feel very positive about the way forward. Worth mentioning that the nurses and staff on Clarke Ward are also brilliant..finally a special mention for Elaine and Brenda who are also so kind.. well done to this amazing team of people..we are all so fortunate to receive this level of care and expertise from the much maligned NHS

Mr Papadopoulos was very clear and professional in explaining the surgical procedure along with the risks and details. The surgery went according to the plan and my recovery was quick.
